Ong Peng Chiong receiving RM1500 allowance from YSJB

Ong Peng Chiong is a single father aged 42-years-old who works half day in Singapore and return to Johor Bahru to look after his children age 4,7 and 9.
His wife aged 46 years old died of kidney failure in June 2015
